We did so many hikes and nothing was farther than 10 minutes. Whole Foods and several other grocery stores are within 5 minutes. It was such a convenient location to everything, but still so private and tucked away at the end of a cute neighborhood street. We made wonderful family memories playing pool, playing in the pool, trying to master the PacMan machine, tying minigolf, and watching thunderstorms roll in over red rock from the enormous living room windows. The view is stunningly beautiful, and the architecture takes full advantage of it. There were great hiking/running trails nearby for the early risers among us, and it was fun to walk to uptown for shopping and coffee. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we've ever seen - sharp knives and nice cookware! We had lovely family meals at the large table, and celebrated 3 birthdays. Garrison was an exceptionally responsive and helpful host, quick to solve a couple minor issues we had.
