Your PrivateSAUNA.

Everything you need to fire up, enjoy, and safely use your barrel sauna. Read through before your first session โ€” it's quick and easy.

๐Ÿ”ฅ

Before you begin: Never leave the sauna heater unattended. Keep children supervised at all times. Stay hydrated โ€” bring water in with you. If you feel dizzy or unwell, exit immediately. The heater automatically shuts off after 1 hour.

Step by Step

How to Start the Heater

1

Locate the Timer Knob

Find the Timer Knob โ€” it's the dial on the bottom right of the heater control panel. This is the knob that powers the unit on and controls how long it runs.

2

Turn to the "1" Position

Turn the Timer Knob to the first notch โ€” the large "1". This starts the heater immediately for a full 1-hour session.

โš ๏ธ ImportantIf you turn past the "1", the sauna is set to a delayed start by hours โ€” it won't immediately heat up. Turn it back to the "1" for an instant start.
3

Listen for the Click

You will hear a loud "CLUMP" or click sound when the dial reaches the on position. This is completely normal โ€” it means the heater is now on and beginning to heat up.

4

Wait to Heat Up

Allow the sauna 20โ€“30 minutes to reach a comfortable temperature before entering. Use this time to grab water, towels, and get ready to relax.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro TipSet the left-side Heat Control knob between the midpoint and max for optimal temperature. Adjust to your comfort.

Troubleshooting

๐Ÿ”ง

Heater Won't Turn On?

If the sauna heater does not start after following the steps above, it may have tripped its internal safety reset. Here's what to do:

  • Make sure the Timer Knob is set exactly to the large "1" notch โ€” not past it.
  • Locate the Reset Button (Overheat Protector) on the bottom of the heater unit.
  • Press the reset button firmly. You may feel a small click.
  • Return to the top of these instructions and try starting the heater again.
  • If the issue persists, please contact us immediately โ€” don't attempt to open or repair the unit.
