Sedona nights are made for a hot tub. Even in summer the desert cools fast after sunset, and from October through April the evenings drop into the 30s and 40s while the sky stays clear. A private hot tub turns that into the best part of the day: red rocks going purple, then the stars coming out over a town that keeps its lights low on purpose.

Every home in our portfolio has its own hot tub, so this page is less about whether you get one and more about which kind. Vista House has an 8-seat spa next to a 30x15 heated pool and a fire pit. Sedona Epic Dream puts its hot tub on the rooftop facing Cathedral Rock. Sedona Shangri-La pairs a hot tub with an infrared sauna and a cold plunge for a full contrast circuit. Uptown Estate has two.

Every hot tub is available year-round. At seven homes it is part of the nightly rate; at Sedona Shangri-La, hot tub heating is an optional $50 per night add-on selected at booking. Book direct and you skip the Airbnb guest service fee entirely.

Yes. Every one of our 8 homes has its own private hot tub, and Uptown Estate has two because it combines two neighboring houses. It is the one amenity the whole portfolio shares.
Is the hot tub included, or is it an extra charge?
At seven of the eight homes the hot tub is part of the nightly rate, ready to use year-round. Sedona Shangri-La is the exception: it has no pool, and its hot tub heating is an optional $50 per night add-on chosen at booking, the same way pool and swim spa heating work at the other homes from October through May.
Which home has an 8-seat hot tub?
Vista House has an 8-seat hot tub next to its 30x15 heated pool and fire pit. Seat counts for the other homes are on each property page.
Which hot tub has the best view?
The rooftop hot tub at Sedona Epic Dream faces Cathedral Rock. Sedona Shangri-La sits on a West Sedona hillside with a 180-degree panorama, and the swim spa view decks at our Grove Drive homes look out over Uptown red rock.
Can I use the hot tub in winter?
Yes, and winter is when guests use them most. Sedona winter days are often sunny and in the 50s or 60s while nights drop into the 30s. A hot tub under a clear December sky is a highlight of a cold-season stay. Pool and swim spa heating is available October through May as an add-on if you want the larger water warm too.
Do you have a hot tub and a sauna at the same home?
Three homes do. Sedona Shangri-La has an infrared sauna and a cold plunge alongside its hot tub. Sedona Dream and Sedona Epic Dream each pair a sauna with a hot tub. Our wellness rentals page goes deeper on those three.
Are hot tubs safe for kids?
Hot tubs run hotter than pools, and public health guidance advises that young children should not use them and that older children keep soaks short with an adult present at all times.
