“The home was exactly as advertised. We were treated to an unforgettable view, well equipped game room , refreshing pool, relaxing hot tub, and a spectacular outdoor fireplace. We spent much time outdoors enjoying the patio area. Indoors we enjoyed comfy beds, generous supply of bathroom and pool towels, well stocked kitchen, and living /dining areas with lovely furniture and those fabulous views. There were also 2 decks nicely furnished for sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing. After our mornings of site seeing, we eagerly anticipated our return to the house for afternoon entertainment and family dinners. Kudos to Garrison for creating this space and sharing it with others.”

“The house was great although the basement is sightly tighter than the pictures show. We have a family of 6 and fit just fine though. I highly appreciate how well stocked the house is....shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, tons of spices etc. Very helpful when traveleing and renting an airbnb. The beds were super comfortable and the house was immaculately clean. The neighbors are close but we never really saw or heard anyone. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room a lot with the kids. The house has great views and is a super quick easy drive down the hill to town. Highly recommend!”

We travel a lot, and this is the best Airbnb we have stayed at with everything you would possibly need for an amazing stay. Being so close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood makes you feel like you're secluded. It was hard to leave to do anything with all the house had to offer. When we did leave, the location was perfect for getting out into town and also close to trails. The views from the house are outstanding, and we loved starting and ending our day on the deck. The house is immaculate and has everything needed for a perfect stay for large or small groups. We especially loved the pool, game room, and hot tub. The bed was super comfy after a long day of activities. Our host was awesome and very friendly. We really can't wait to come back and stay here or one of his other locations. “We had a wonderful stay at Starview Sedona. It was perfect for our family trip. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had all the items we needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. The patch was perfect for morning coffee and night time star gazing. The view was not a 10 out of 10, it was like 1,000 out of 10, absolutely spectacular! We were conveniently located short drives to trailheads and we hiked everyday. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. The fire pit is gorgeous and delightful to sit by. The game room was enjoyed by all. I don’t have a single recommendation for improvement, this property is truly perfect! There were close groceries and restaurants we all enjoyed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!”

“We had an incredible stay at Garrisons beautiful, centrally located, and amenity-stacked home. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked (we cooked and even hired a private chef for a special meal), and really enjoyed the pool area, game room, and cozy living area. We were able to walk to dinner, dancing, hiking, and shopping and the house has ample parking. A couple questions arose during the stay and Garrison answered within moments each time. As a fellow Airbnb host, I know how much goes into curating and maintaining a rental home and Garrison really had every base covered. The Mountain views from the pool area, both balconies, and walking through the neighborhood and truly next level. It was hard to leave save for the fact that we look forward to a return visit. Highly recommend!”

Four generations of family were there 2yr to 70yr and everyone had great fun from relaxation, to swimming, hot tub and game room to fire pit. What a blast.We hired a private chef for one nights dinner and the large dining table allowed us to all sit together for a very special family evening.The beds are very comfortable and the home was well stocked with every thing we needed including a height chair.Garrison is a pleasure as a host. “The views were absolutely stunning and everyone loved the mattresses. The provided materials in the kitchen were great- lots of plates, bowls, cups, etc as well as cooking supplies. Definitely check out what is there before shopping so you know what you truly need. Bathrooms were huge and easy to share with a large group. We had ten people total and felt like there was plenty of space. Hosts were extremely responsive and the pool, spa, and game room were awesome.”

“Look no further for your Sedona vacation… book this place with confidence! Garrison is extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. He provides excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. The house is immaculate and VERY well stocked. The view from the main living room and upper deck is spectacular. There are 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms (one of which looks like a spa!) and 2 bedrooms downstairs (the bunk bed room was a great place to put the kids!) The downstairs bathroom is also very spa-like! The living space is comfortable and inviting. The pool was warmed to a lovely 85 degrees our entire trip (which was in October, so this is despite the chilly nights!), and we also enjoyed our time in the hot tub. The game room kept the kids (and adults!) occupied for hours. Finally … LOCATION! So close to many restaurants, many of the best hiking trails, etc. When I return to Sedona I would rent this place again without hesitation! It really made our trip!”

“We were planning to stay at L'Auberge de Sedona as we are normally hotel people. We happened to check Airbnb and the location and value blew the resort options out of the water. Garrison's house is a beautiful, calm and clean home base for hiking, mountain biking and stargazing, with breath-taking views and a prime location. “Hard to describe how great this place is. Everyone from age 4 to 85 was entertained. Large and small seating areas kept everyone happy. Beautiful modern and retro decor was part of the entertainment. Super clean everything! The first floor laundry room makes pool fun easy to manage. I booked this for the game room, which was outstanding, but was surprised that the incredible view was even more enjoyable and relaxing. The neighborhood is private and quiet but near to all in town Sedona activities. All beds had high end mattresses and linens. The kitchen had everything you need to make a gourmet meal but uber eats can also deliver fast. I was worried it would be too hot at the end of August but it was beautiful in the shade or pool in the afternoon and the air conditioning was ice cold. There are more amenities than listed such as flat screens in every room and usb chargers. If you have the chance to experience this stay I would jump at it in a hot minute!”

“What an extraordinary stay!! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that Garrison’s place was exceptional in every way. (We were even greeted by a doe & her fawn, grazing on the leaves of the beautiful apricot tree beside the pool!) We were traveling with our 6 year old (who is still getting the hang of swimming), and Garrison had thoughtfully left an array of brand new pool floaties & fun items for him to enjoy. He had also stocked the arcade with a new package of ping-pong balls, racked the pool table for us & the air was pre-set for our comfort. The house is perfectly situated to take in the stunning, unforgettable views. (We even saw a giant meteorite rocket across the night sky, on one of our evenings.) The house is exceptional & in like-new condition. The lack of wear and tear really makes it feel like a home and not just your average Airbnb, a true luxury in itself. Thoughtful touches abound (plenty of toys/games for kiddos, a coffee bar w three different brew stations”

Not only were the views and amenities beyond compare but the little touches to make the stay more comfortable like the extra seating, the comfortable beds, the additional gathering spaces, and the unobstructed views made this place the most memorable Airbnb experience ever. Garrison was very accommodating and responsive, wonderful at every interaction and made us feel very welcome from booking until check out. The main areas we enjoyed were the game room, fire pit (for s’mores), various outdoor seating areas (day and night), hammocks, and of course the pool area. But one part that was so amazing was the wildlife that was constantly around us, we saw deer (adult and fawns), javelinas, and rabbits. And of course the centerpiece of the whole place is the amazing red rock views to wake up to every night. Needless to say, we will be planning a longer trip here next time.”

It is open, neat, inviting, beautifully designed in each room, and extremely functional throughout in that there are so many spaces to be together as a family or have some quiet time to yourself, all kitchen needs and beyond are available along with accessible charging for devices right where you need them in all of the rooms. You will not be needing to be on devices, though because this is the most perfect place to just BE - to rest, relax, or play. I loved the functionality and attention to detail so much. When we woke up, we were all astounded at the amazing view from the property. I could’ve stayed the entire trip just looking over the city from the backyard. “Flat out this is the best rental property on any platform that I’ve ever stayed in. Came to Sedona for a week with my mobility limited parents and small kids. This house is absolutely perfect. You can’t beat the view, it’s very comfortable to stay in even with a big party, and the pool is absolutely wonderful. It’s in such a great neighborhood too. Close to all the action yet still so quiet and peaceful. Bonus is that this is the best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. Garrison had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, grilling equipment, etc. Even down to having tons of dishwasher tabs, ziplock bags, garbage bags etc. It’s really just so so easy to stay here. I can’t imagine a rental getting better than this.”
