Can Uptown Splash be combined with Uptown Sparks for a large group?

Yes — Uptown Splash! and Uptown Sparks! sit on the same street and can be booked together as Uptown EPIC, sleeping up to 25 guests with 10 bedrooms, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and 2 game rooms. Contact us directly for combined pricing.
Does Uptown Splash have a private pool?

Yes — Uptown Splash! has an 18ft heated pool, hot tub, view deck with panoramic red rock views, game room, and putting green. Pool heating is included in summer and $100/day Oct–May.
What makes Uptown Splash different from Uptown Sparks?

Both share the same street and can combine as Uptown EPIC. Splash sleeps 12 vs Sparks' 13, and both have pools, hot tubs, game rooms, and view decks. Sparks includes a studio suite; Splash has a slightly different floor plan. Both are Top 1% on Airbnb.
What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $200 each, or $400 for both. Contact us in advance to check availability.
Do I need to meet someone to get a key?

No — all our homes use keyless smart locks. You receive a unique entry code before arrival that changes with every reservation for your security. No meet-and-greet required; check in on your own schedule after 4PM.
Is there a coffee maker at the property?

Each home is equipped with a drip coffee maker. We cannot guarantee coffee grounds will be stocked, so we recommend picking some up on your way in. Whole Foods and Safeway are both just minutes away and perfect for stocking up on groceries before settling in.
What kitchen supplies and linens are provided?

All homes are fully furnished with a complete kitchen including cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, a microwave, toaster, blender, and basic spices including salt and pepper. Bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens are provided, along with an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Laundry facilities include laundry soap.
Are the properties pet friendly?

Yes — all our properties welcome up to 2 dogs for a fee of $150 per pet. The backyards are fenced; please ensure all side gates are closed during your stay. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing pets.
Can I ship packages to the property?

We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the home. We cannot be responsible for deliveries as multiple vendors and housekeeping staff have access between reservations. If you need to receive a package, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 60 days before check-in receive a full refund minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
Can I book directly without paying Airbnb fees?
