Had plenty of supplies throughout the house as well from kitchen supplies to bathroom. Perfect place!!”

“We were a family group of 10, ranging in age from 10 to 87, and this house was the perfect place for all of us! We made wonderful family memories playing pool, playing in the pool, trying to master the PacMan machine, tying minigolf, and watching thunderstorms roll in over red rock from the enormous living room windows. The view is stunningly beautiful, and the architecture takes full advantage of it. There were great hiking/running trails nearby for the early risers among us, and it was fun to walk to uptown for shopping and coffee. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we've ever seen - sharp knives and nice cookware! We had lovely family meals at the large table, and celebrated 3 birthdays. Garrison was an exceptionally responsive and helpful host, quick to solve a couple minor issues we had. This was one of our best family vacations ever, and we wouldn't hesitate to book this house again if we return to Sedona.”

“Fantastic stay! The house was a wonderful size, lots of rooms to fit any need, the game room downstairs was a huge hit with the kids, and the adults. We also enjoyed the pool as well as the mini golf in the front yard. It’s less than a two minute drive from a lot of local restaurants and shops, still private and peaceful so you do feel like you’re on the side of the mountain. Gorgeous views, quiet neighborhood, you will enjoy your time here!”

“This is a truly unbelievable AirBnb in one of the most breathtaking places on earth. The location and amenities were perfect for our two families (with lots of kids!) to stay. The view of the red rocks at sunrise and sunset were tremendous from the back deck and we spent so much time in the pool and hot tub (in February!). You are right next to all the nature/hikes you'd ever need – and right by town for shopping/groceries. I've never been in a more well-stocked and premium AirBnb. The dishes, silverware, pots/pans, appliances, linens, games, etc. were so top notch – and the kids were obsessed with all of the arcade/game stuff! There was so much room for our party of 12 to spread out and truly enjoy our time! Would recommend this place heartily. (We also had tons of Mule Deer in our yard almost every morning! So cool.)”

“I’ve come to realize that the best airbnbs have all the essentials of a home and more, and this place hits all the marks. Not only are the views downright breathtaking, but we had ample amount of room to move about as a party of 7. We had two little ones with us, and I loved that the house came equipped with everything we could need. They had a pack and play with sheets as well, a high chair, a stroller, and even extra pull-ups! The kitchen was stocked with every appliance under the sun, tons of coffee and tea, and any and every spice. The beds were super comfortable, and each room had its own TV as well. Perhaps the best part is the location; the last thing you want to do as a group of 7 with two kids in car seats is load up a car and drive to certain activities, and this house was only a 5 minute walk into town! It was so wonderful being able to take the strollers out the door and enjoy town. Perhaps the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date! Don’t pass this property up!”

The home worked well for our large group, but note that some bedrooms are on the smaller side, and two rooms share one bathroom (five people total). Also, the backyard is open on one side to the street, so it’s not fully private — fine for us, but good to know in advance. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this house for families or groups looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable Sedona home base!”

From the moment my family walked in the door to the moment we unfortunately had to walk out that same door we we're filled with joy and calmness. The property is beyond beautiful. The game room, pool, hot tub, Deck, mini golf and fireplace was a hit. If you have kids or don't you will find yourself entertained without even leaving. The rooms we're beautiful and the beds we're comfy. Everything was well taken care of. The views are to die for. It doesn't even look real and feels like you're living in a painting. I've been to Sedona many times and I must say this was the best location so far. I wouldn't hesitate on booking this place. We cannot wait to go back. Location was walking distance to uptown restaurants and jeep tours, and quiet and restful at night. The view from each room was beautiful, we spent hours taking pictures of the red rocks on a tripod. We were treated to a gentle moose deer visiting the mini-golf course on one afternoon. The youngest member of our party cried when it was time to leave. We hope to return soon.”

This is a great home for anyone - but we were traveling with five kids aged 8-15, and they all had a blast with the game room - so many different entertaining options for them - not to mention the hammocks, rope chairs, hot tub, and pool. This is located in an area that is easily walkable to three cute little downtown area that has shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great home that sleeps many people. You could easily sleep 10 people here.”

We loved picking up takeout breakfast and enjoying on the deck taking in the gorgeous mountains! It was a bit rainy and cool during our stay so we enjoyed the backyard firepit but no chance for us to swim or layout in the hammocks, etc. but those looked like fun. We did have fun playing shuffleboard and billards in the tricked out game room. We've stayed at a lot of vrbo's over the years and this was one of the best equipped, easiest and most gorgeous settings. We look forward to return trips!”

“This house was incredible! It is a amazing as the pictures make it look! Our kids had the best time enjoying all of the amenities - the arcades, pool table, mini golf, ping pong table, air hockey, hot tub, swim spa, all were used for hours on end. This gave the adults some extra time to chill and converse! The house was comfortable, clean, and well outfitted. We always appreciate a VRBO that has us covered on some basics in the cabinets like sandwich bags, seasonings, cooking essentials, laundry detergent, etc. This house had all that and more, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The owners were available to answer any questions we had. When we are able to visit Sedona again, we'll certain seek out this property. Thx!”

“My recent stay at Garrison's home was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in the heart of Sedona, this home offered the most stunning, panoramic views of the red rock formations. The home also had a spacious deck with a grill, where we had a barbecue and enjoyed outdoor dining. We spent hours just gazing out of the windows, and the sunrise and sunset views were absolutely unforgettable. The interior of the home was just as impressive as its surroundings. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. One of the highlights of this property was the game room. We had a blast playing pool, Shuffleboard, air hockey, and even arcade games. And let's not forget the Swim Spa and SPA! After a long day of hiking and sightseeing, there was nothing better than soaking in the hot tub and gazing at the stars. I can't wait to return to this slice of paradise in Sedona. This home exceeded my expectations in every way, and I'm already planning my next visit! 5 Stars!”

“I absolutely loved this home! We have stayed at plenty of Air BnBs in Sedona and this one is definitely on my top list! Garrison was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for our two families. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, 5 kids, and 1 baby and everyone had a cozy bed to sleep in. We also loved the downstairs area, so great for the kids. I would highly recommend!”

“This was our favorite Sedona home by far. The house is beautiful with attention to detail in every corner. The jacuzzi and heated pool was a hit along with the hammocks, gaming, fire pits and ping pong table. It was hard to leave-the house was so fun! However the location is perfect, walking distance or a short drive to all the best restaurants in town. Exceptional home!!”

“First and foremost, the brand new pool and spa in the backyard were the perfect way to end the day after exploring the amazing Sedona landscape. It's clear that Mike and Garrison have gone above and beyond to create a true oasis for their guests. The setup of having both the pool and spa side by side was fantastic and added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Inside the house, we were equally impressed. The large dining table in the living room was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious. It easily accommodated our group, and the open floor plan allowed for a seamless flow from the dining area to the comfortable living room. The location was perfect for walking downtown to eat and there was even a cute local coffee shop walking distance away!!The hosts were very responsive and the house was so comfortable!
