Uptown Estate combines two adjacent luxury homes (580 + 590 Grove) to sleep up to 25 guests across 10 bedrooms, with two swim spas, two hot tubs and two game rooms — the largest luxury group rental in our portfolio. Several other homes sleep 11–13.

Can we book multiple homes for one big group?▼

Yes. Several of our homes are near each other in Uptown Sedona, and Uptown Estate is purpose-built as a two-home combination. Contact your hosts and we'll help arrange the right setup for your group size.

Are the homes good for multigenerational families?▼

Very. With multiple bedrooms, pools and game rooms, the homes work well for grandparents, parents and kids together. Layouts differ by home, so tell our team about stairs or mobility needs and we will point you to the right fit.
