Uptown Estate is two neighboring Uptown homes booked as one: 10 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, 25 guests, two swim spas, two hot tubs, two game rooms and two view decks. It works as a retreat venue because the group can split into two houses at night and come together by day. Below 25, our five-bedroom homes sleep 11 to 13 each, and several can be booked together for a larger reunion spread across Uptown.

For wellness-led retreats, Sedona Shangri-La has an infrared sauna, cold plunge and hot tub on a quiet West Sedona hillside, and Sedona Epic Dream pairs a sauna and Endless Pool with a rooftop hot tub facing Cathedral Rock.

Up to 25 at Uptown Estate, which combines two neighboring Uptown homes into one stay with 10 bedrooms and 8.5 baths. Our other homes sleep 11 to 13 each. For a reunion larger than 25, ask our team about booking two or more homes together; several sit within a short drive of each other in Uptown.
Can I host a yoga or wellness retreat at your homes?
Yes. Small residential retreats are a good fit. Sedona Shangri-La has an infrared sauna, cold plunge and hot tub with a separate guest house for a facilitator. Sedona Epic Dream adds a sauna and Endless Pool. Tell us the group size and format when you inquire so we can confirm the right home.
Are events, weddings or parties allowed?
Our homes are residential vacation rentals, not event venues, and the City of Sedona regulates short-term rentals accordingly. Multi-day stays by a group who are all sleeping at the home, including retreats, reunions and milestone birthdays, are welcome. Parties, amplified outdoor events and guest counts above the listed maximum are not. When in doubt, describe your plans to our team before booking.
Is Uptown Estate really one property?
It is two neighboring homes on Grove Drive, Grove House East and Grove House West, booked together under one reservation. Each has its own swim spa, hot tub, game room and view deck, so a group can gather in one and retreat to the other.
Which home works best for a family reunion with kids and grandparents?
Vista House and Sycamore House both have a 30x15 heated pool for the kids, a hot tub for the adults and a game room for the evenings. Sedona Shangri-La has a separate guest house that suits grandparents who want their own space.
Can a corporate group book for an offsite?
Yes. Our team can invoice a company directly and split payment across cards if needed. Sedona Dream is a short walk from Uptown restaurants for team dinners, and Uptown Estate holds a group of up to 25 with two game rooms for informal sessions.
