Yes — Sedona Shangri-La is the only vacation rental in Sedona offering the full contrast therapy circuit: a private infrared sauna, dedicated cold plunge tub, and hot tub, all with 180° panoramic red rock views. Ideal for post-hike recovery.
How close is Sedona Shangri-La to hiking trails?

Mystic Trail is accessible directly from the property's back gate. Boynton Canyon, Airport Mesa, and dozens of other trailheads are within a 5-minute drive. Hike, return, and be in the sauna within minutes.
Does Shangri-La have a guest house?

Yes. Sedona Shangri-La includes an attached private guest house, giving groups additional sleeping space and privacy. The main house sleeps 9 and the guest house accommodates 2 additional guests, for a total of 11.
What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is generally after 4PM and checkout is generally by 11AM, but these times are guidelines rather than strict cutoffs. When the calendar allows, we're happy to accommodate earlier check-in or later checkout — just message us. If you'd like to formally reserve early check-in or late checkout in advance, we can guarantee them for an additional fee of $200 each, or $400 for both.
Do I need to meet someone to get a key?

No — all our homes use keyless smart locks. You receive a unique entry code before arrival that changes with every reservation for your security. No meet-and-greet required; check in on your own schedule after 4PM.
Is there a coffee maker at the property?

Each home is equipped with a drip coffee maker. We cannot guarantee coffee grounds will be stocked, so we recommend picking some up on your way in. Whole Foods and Safeway are both just minutes away and perfect for stocking up on groceries before settling in.
What kitchen supplies and linens are provided?

All homes are fully furnished with a complete kitchen including cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, a microwave, toaster, blender, and basic spices including salt and pepper. Bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens are provided, along with an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Laundry facilities include laundry soap.
Are the properties pet friendly?

Yes — all our properties welcome up to 2 dogs for a fee of $150 per pet. The backyards are fenced; please ensure all side gates are closed during your stay. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing pets.
Can I ship packages to the property?

We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the home. We cannot be responsible for deliveries as multiple vendors and housekeeping staff have access between reservations. If you need to receive a package, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 60 days before check-in receive a full refund minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
