He made sure we had plenty of everything during our stay - even shipping deliveries of extra paper towels, soaps etc just in case we ran out. The location is amazing. We did so many hikes and nothing was farther than 10 minutes. Whole Foods and several other grocery stores are within 5 minutes. It was such a convenient location to everything, but still so private and tucked away at the end of a cute neighborhood street. There were 13 of us and we cooked quite a few big meals - the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed!”

We were well informed as we packed and prepared for our trip and the quick responsiveness saved us from packing our. Espresso and we just travelled with our favorite pods. Cordless Dyson vacuum could use a refresh, but was pleasantly surprised by its continued performance. It helped us manage the appearance of this impeccable property while our fur babies were allowed to join our getaway. So much to do, we hardly needed to leave. The pizza place right around the corner is amazing! Great location too. Will return.”

The views are spectacular and the amenities are plentiful and incredibly well thought out- at one point we joked about how convenient it would be to have an immersion blender for dinner, and sure enough, found one in the drawer. The rooftop hot tub offered a breathtaking view of the stars we couldn’t get enough of, and the sauna, hammocks, and beautifully appointed bedrooms were the cherry on top. 10/10 - we would absolutely stay here again.”

“This was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at - there were so many thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable from cozy blankets to an amazingly well stocked kitchen to fluffy robes and extra towels in the bathrooms. The views were simply incredible and there was every amenity one could want. Communication with Mike was easy and friendly, and check in and check out was a breeze. “Our family met up in Sedona after a few of us hiked Havasupai at this amazing VRBO rental for 4 nights. This house was absolutely perfect as far as plenty of room, amenities, distance to groceries stores, restaurants, etc. The house was private but had multiple outdoor spaces of which we utilized all of them. It was clean and extremely well stocked with newer appliances and updated cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. There was plenty of towels for everyone and the beds were all super comfortable and clean. The first couple days of our stay were extremely hot with close to triple digit temps and the house always cooled down quickly and efficiently. Return responses with the owner via VRBO app was super quick. It was our family’s favorite house rental to date and we will be back again!”

“Wow!!! This is my 6th visit to Sedona and by far my favorite AirBnB. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, nice linens/towels, with a well equipped kitchen. Appreciated the extra blankets, pillows, etc. As much as we loved the interior, the exterior is even better! We spent time every morning & evening on the rooftop in the hot tub or relaxing on the lounge chairs. The 360 views of red rocks was AMAZING. The huge dining table on the main floor balcony provided great views of Courthouse (I think) which is also the view from kitchen and living room. The hammocks are fun and comfortable. The swim spa (pool) was nice to have as well. Additional outdoor seating around the fire pit was great. Note re: Google maps: during our stay, it incorrectly routed us to reach the house via Carol Canyon Drive off of 89A - be sure to use Thunderbird Drive instead, off 89A. We've already talked about staying here again next year and bringing additional family members. Awesome place!”

“Plenty of space to have a business retreat. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very large dinning and kitchen area. TVs we were able to cast to from our mobile devices so each of us could present. House is huge with plenty of spaces to find alone time as well as community time. Hot tub on the roof was key.”

He didn’t, but bought one to have at the house prior to our arrival. We stayed with another family and there was plenty of space for all to gather together as well as separate areas to take time to ourselves if needed. The kitchen is well stocked and the living and dining room areas have tons of seating. We enjoyed the open floor plan. The fire pit outside was our favorite place to hang out together. Also—I recommend adding the airstream to your stay as it has a queen bed and can be heated. Our oldest daughter (age 24) enjoyed having it all to herself. We loved our time there!”

The rooftop hot tub was a great way to experience the stargazing, the hammocks were perfect for an afternoon nap and the open floor plan was a great space for a large group. Being on the west side of Sedona is quiet and close to good restaurants but still close enough to uptown, creekside, the wineries and good trailheads. Mike responded very quickly and was accommodative. Highly recommend this house for a great trip!”

Super accessible off the main road while still feeling private and secluded. Great location in town with an absolutely UNBELIEVABLE 360 view of the valley. A home so beautiful, cozy, and abundant that we almost never wanted to leave (sometimes "fancy" AirBNBs have no soul and feel cold and uncomfortable—NOT HERE! Everything about it makes you feel at home, but elevated). The amenities were all as described, and MORE! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need to have beautiful meals without having to make tons of reservations at expensive restaurants around town (though Mike also delivered by having a great digital guide to Sedona ahead of time, as well as printed recommendations at the house). The bathrooms were well stocked with shower toiletries and towels, and everything from top to bottom was clean and felt safe.”

Although I didn't get to use the hot tub on the roof (because it was hot outside) but it was great to see the stars at night. The location is great, off in a nice/quiet neighborhood at the end of the road. Love the RedRock views. Kids love the pool and love the putt putt golf. “I am not sure what to say. This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Mike was a great and clear communicator. Check-in was a breeze and the house was EXACTLY as advertised. There were also a thousand little things that other listings say they have but that Mike's house actually had: plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. Our group was 11 and spanned ages from 12 to 65 and the house worked for everyone. The swim pool was amazing for the kids and the adults loved having the rooftop hot tub. Every morning and evening meal was spent staring at Cathedral Rock (which is worth the hike btw) and Sedona is well positioned for a great exploring Northern Arizona. We visited the Grand Canyon (2hrs), Slide Rock (20 mins), Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend (3hrs), Painted Desert/Petrified Forest (2.5hrs) and Jerome (45 mins). Book this house. The area is amazing, the house is amazing and Mike is amazing!”

“We had a great stay at this property - it's a new, spotlessly clean, and well designed home with a great configuration for family reunions or other group gatherings. Primary BR and the "great room" (kitchen/living/dining) were spacious and well appointed, and all of the other bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable as well. The rooftop hot tub was awesome with jaw dropping 360-degree views of Sedona's iconic red rocks, while the "Swim Spa" was a unique and enjoyable amenity as well. Only points of feedback are that in the kitchen, a couple of the appliances were not up to par - perhaps reflecting that this home was purpose-built as a vacation rental - e.g., the icemaker on the fridge was very weak, and the dishwasher was not effective without heavy prewashing. Beyond that, highly recommend this home for a comfortable, well located group gathering with excellent amenities and views!”

“Mike's house was extremely clean, modern and well laid out to accommodate large groups. We had 9 women in our party - spent the weekend in Sedona for a relaxing girls weekend Thursday - Sunday. We had plenty of space to cook, chill, dance and going out prep. The house is conveniently located - near just about anything and everything you'd like to do in town. I recommend having a car as not sure using a ride share or walking would work too well given the layout of the city. House has beautiful views - we took lots of pics from the rooftop. The property was accurately advertised - looked like the pictures. I appreciated not having any surprises. The group included his parents, his daughter and her boyfriend and my son, his wife and their 3 year old daughter. This house was perfect in every way! The space was just right for our group. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities-endless pool, hammocks, putting green and fire pit. Inside there is everything you could possibly need for the kitchen including several different coffee makers and special dishes, cups and utensils for the kids. The house and grounds are amazing! The indoor decor is lovely and welcoming. The views of the Red Rocks from the windows and balconies are stellar. In fact, when we had hair and makeup done for the wedding we were set up in the master bedroom looking out at the Red Rock views the whole time! We cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is. If you get a chance to stay here, you will have the very best, most relaxing time!”

Mike is a fantastic host-the home was immaculate upon arrival. We had all of the things we needed in terms of kitchen utensils, towels, linens, and supplies. The location was great for us-short drive to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and most importantly places to enjoy the scenery and hike. We hiked grasshopper point to the watering hole (about a 15 min drive to trailhead) and had a blast swimming there. Secluded but close to anything you need. The owners thought of everything. You MUST star gaze on the top deck with the lights off. You’ll be glad you did. Thank you for an excellent stay!”

The place was sparkling clean when we arrived and in beautiful condition. The space & views are unmatched, and the hot tub + pool were even more spacious than I thought they’d be. My only suggestion would be to have enough pool towels for guests - we tried to use the provided pool towels instead of bath towels but there weren’t enough per person. Not an inconvenience, just a suggestion. ◡̈”

“This trip was our family's first with VRBO. Based off or our experience with Michael and his home in West Sedona, we would not hesitate to do this again. Michael was a fantastic host. He was remarkably responsive to any communications with questions. The check in and check out processes were both simple and totally reasonable. He left a book which anticipated almost every single question that we had about the home and our responsibilities. The home itself was perfect for our family’s needs. The location was excellent. We loved spending time in the great room on the second floor. My wife and I both commented on the fact that the matching couches were really comfortable despite how good looking they were. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. It was pretty cold while we were there, so we didn’t really get to take advantage of the excellent outdoor setup, which included a fire pit and small pool. The one outdoor activity that my son and I both enjoyed using was the small putting green. This was a really nice whimsical touch. Do yourself a favor and rent this home. You will not be disappointed.”

“Mike’s house was PHENOMENAL and an AMAZING place to stay! The end-of-cul-de-sac location gave complete privacy and the way the house was built (windows with GREAT views, rooftop jacuzzi, pool with great views, etc) you felt like you were in a true resort setting. The interior is done to the 9’s and for a group of 8 people it was the perfect place to stay. The kitchen was spacious, the living room was ideal for the entire group to hang out and talk and there were so many areas to relax and gather. The pool and jacuzzi were also just the absolute best!!! Can’t say enough about Mike as well. A GREAT host who was accommodating in sooo many ways. Needed a bit of extra time to set up some surprises and he was so generous with an early check-in. Clear communication that happened within minutes- can’t ask for a better host! Will definitely be looking to stay here again when looking for another upscale, group stay!!”

“This house is absolutely breathtaking. It couldn’t be more perfect for time in Sedona. A literal dream, right in the heart of town with 2 min access to Whole Foods, juice bar, and restaurants yet it is at the bottom of the neighborhood road making it completely secluded and looks out over the stunning canyons. The house is impeccable- the stunning pictures don’t even do it justice. Views on views! A perfect well-stocked modern kitchen with everything you could need to cook for a big group, grill, bake, etc. Extremely comfortable bedrooms, the house feels spacious even full of people, the outdoor spaces are incredible - fire pit, huge pool, rooftop hot tub with insane views. I wish we had more time to enjoy. Mike and his wife have made this spot gorgeous, thoughtful, intentional, and feels like a dream home. Book it!”

“We are privileged to be the first guests of this beautiful house. It was pretty contemporary, meticulously clean, and well-furnished. Our group was extremely impressed with all the upgraded furniture in the house. The temperature-controlled hot tubs were a big highlight. The one outside comes with a side of a fire pit and breathtaking views. Kids and adults in the group really enjoyed the fully loaded RV, outdoor hammocks, and minigolf. Every room in the house offered spectacular views. This is a custom-built house and it was evident that a lot of love and attention went into the architecture. Mike and his wife did a phenomenal job in designing the interiors. The house is, even more, prettier in person compared to the listing. TLDR, we were so attracted to the house and decided to ask Mike if he wants to sell it :D.”
