“We had big hopes for our family gathering for an 80th birthday celebration for my wife and me. Our hopes were exceeded and then some. I can't say enough good things about this property. It is well maintained, the views are incredible, the host was terrific, --I could go on and on. It was superb.”

“Garrison was extremely responsive to the many questions and requests I made in advance. I hosted a small gathering for 20 people at the property to celebrate my 70th birthday and our 45th wedding anniversary. My husband is disabled and I rented a lift recliner to be delivered to the house the day we arrived. Garrison was available to meet us there. Every time I reached out to him, he responded quickly. The homes (two next to each other to accommodate everyone) were lovely, comfortable and accommodated us perfectly. The views from the house were GORGEOUS! I would recommend these two properties and the host, Garrison to anyone. Thank you, Garrison!”

Also walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants… very convenient location. Close to many great hiking spots too. The hosts were extremely responsive and detailed before and during our stay. “I’d give this place 10 stars if i could! I rent large places for group stays all over the country and this is by far the best place I have stayed. They have thought about every detail. The place is immaculately kept and maintained, the craftsmanship of the home itself is perfection. The beds are all comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for our private chef. The place is walkable to all the uptown attractions so I didn’t have to constantly drive my guests around and yet it was in a quiet peaceful neighborhood with javelinas, deer, wildlife and the most amazing views of the red rocks. Oh and I can’t forget the property itself has so much to do! Game rooms, pool tables, hot tubs, a swim spa, a putting green! A Sedona dream all in one perfect package! Book the stay!!! You won’t regrets it!”
