“We had an incredible stay. The house was just as advertised. Amazing views out of the living room and multiple bedrooms. It was also a perfect location less than 5 minutes from shops, sight seeing, jeep tours and restaurants. What I appreciated most was how well stocked and organized the kitchen was and how clean everything was. After staying at many different places over the years, that’s not always the case. The host was also super responsive and accepted our booking same day. Overall, highly recommend staying here for your Sedona visit!”

“We stayed at this property with a blended family of 7. It was the perfect location and property for our trip. When you walk in the front door and go up the stairs to the living room you are greeted with an amazing view of the mountains. I'm a nut for sunsets and you can catch a great sunset off the deck or by the fire. The location is amazing, close to trails, grocery store and restaurants. In the mornings we would walk to a coffee truck just down the street. Also, you are short walk to a CVS pharmacy that also doubles as a liquor store for the basics. Highly recommend this property for a big family or two small families.”
“Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the patio were amazing. We spent our time doing nearby hikes in the am or during sunset and then relaxed by the pool during the hot afternoons. Lots of pool seating, including hammocks were a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked making dinners at the home a nice option but also enjoyed plenty of restaurants nearby (Mariposa Grill was a favorite). Also, the game/arcade room was entertaining.”
“I am so happy we stayed at garrison's house. Eerything worked perfectly, the house was so cozy and all the amenities, heated swimming pool, jacuzzim room with baby foot, snooker, game machines, hammocks. Spaceous bedrooms. Perfect for a multi generational holiday (toddler to senior) It was so cozy that it felt difficult to leave the house to explore the stunning surroundings. We definitely and heartily recommend this gem in Sedona.”
“Excellent stay with a responsive host in the heart of Sedona. We've stayed in Oak Creek before so this was a new experience. It was so nice to be close to the best restaurants (Mariposa & Cress), main drag, coffee shops, Mexican food, pizza & airport. Easy to drive to hiking destinations too. The house was beautiful, well decorated, stocked with a variety of kitchen supplies, fresh towels, yoga mat, pool accessories, the works. Any time we communicated with our hosts they responded swiftly, check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. Best perk was that it was dog friendly since we traveled with our dogs there. The house was spacious with beautiful views. We never wanted to leave.”
“We had the best time in Sedona and Garrison’s place was the perfect accommodation. It is brand new, spotless, perfectly appointed and so comfortable. The view is incredible from the upstairs bedroom, dining room, deck as well as the pool. It was perfectly located for hikes and restaurants. We all loved the pool, hot tub and game room. I highly recommend getting the pool heated in case the weather is chilly. We also loved the fire pits. It was truly perfect and we would love to stay again.”

The game room was a huge hit. The pool is a great way to relax after a day on the trails. Communication with the owners was always quick. “We have been coming to Sedona for over 10 years and always trying new homes and venues. This was by far the most modern one we have stayed in aesthetically. It was beautifully redone and every room was immaculate! Having a private pool while visiting Sedona was a first for us and we might never go back - we all used it daily after some hot hikes. The game room was a fun addition as well! But most importantly, you can’t beat the views from the airport area. The mountains were stunning! Garrison and the team behind this rental were immediately responsive to each message and their check out instructions asked less of us than most Airbnb’s do – no need to strip your bed, no need to start your own laundry, no need to take the trash to the curb, etc. A true vacation! As for amenities in the house… They have every kind of coffee machine you might want from a full pot to a Keurig to a Nespresso that uses virtuoso cups. Brand new pots and pans and any kitchen accessories you may need!”
“We could not have been happier with this gorgeous property! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication was very easy and prompt. The views were stunning and the pool and game room were HUGE hits with our entire family. The pool was large and had great views. The pool deck area has ample seating of all kinds - including hammocks. The game rook had even more than what was pictured in the listing (arcade games, foosball, air hockey, pool).The location was fabulous - very close to multiple trails (airport trails, soldiers pass) and easy access to grocery stores, etc.We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!”

“Amazing location 15 min walk from Airport Loop Trail and town. The views are absolutely incredible. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you need including pans, tupperware, a crock pot, multiple coffee makers and even great steak knives. Great for multiple families as they have a huge kids area downstairs with air hockey and games. Hot tub works perfectly and is immaculate. It is an amazing place and we were sad to leave!”

View was incredible, and location couldn’t have been better (easy to get to downtown shops and restaurants and to tons of hiking trails). The house was very clean, welcoming, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed (and then some). Our kids loved it too, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The host was very responsive and helpful, especially when we asked to extend our stay on short notice. We truly appreciated how easy they made everything. Would absolutely stay here again!”
