“Our stay at this Sedona home was incredible. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the kind that stop you in your tracks every morning. The house had plenty of space for our family, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and spread out. The kids were obsessed with the game room, and we all enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool after long days exploring. The beds were super comfortable, and the fully stocked kitchen made meals so easy. We also loved how close to town the home was just a quick walk or drive to restaurants, shops, and trails. And the host was extremely responsive, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back.”

“We stayed with our family of 7, our children are all almost adults so finding a place that includes everyone is difficult. The game room kept us all entertained in down time! We watched a movie in the living room with the surround sound and all ate in the large kitchen. The bedding and towels smelled wonderful and clean. We enjoyed the hammocks, pool and hot tub out back as well. I would recommend to anyone and defiantly stay again!”

“The house was beautiful, the location was great, the beds were SUPER comfortable. The only problem, which was a small one, the kitchen pans weren’t good. Making Breakfast both days they were super stuck with food. No matter how much spray or butter we used. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Everything was great! Pool and hot tub were already heated and ready to go. The game room was a big hit with the six children, as was the communal bedroom. “Great Airbnb located nearby uptown Sedona. Walkable to good hikes and the stores too. Not only the location is fire, the house itself is so much fun!! Garrison was really accommodating and allowed early check in and late check out too & he brought us some kcup after we ran out! “This property was amazing and worked out perfectly for our stay. We had four families with kids ranging from 6 months to 8 years old. Everyone had plenty of space to themselves and the shared space couldn’t have been better for commingling. Waking up each cool morning by sitting next to the gas fire while the sun reflected off the red rocks was heavenly. An easy walk to the uptown Sedona area made this property a breeze to explore. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the host couldn’t have been any more responsive or accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.”

“This house was nothing short of perfect. The host, Garrison, was extremely prompt, proactive and responsive in all communications. The house was exactly as described in a great, walkable to town location with outstanding red rock views. The rooms were perfect and surprisingly private given we had 10 people staying. The beds, pillows and linens were beyond comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinner in with 5 coffee systems to choose from. The outdoor area was perfect for solitude among a large group, a wonderful spot for yoga. There was a comfortable deck to sit and enjoy the outstanding sunrise views. This place had absolutely everything we needed and more. I would 1000% stay again and highly recommend. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.”

“We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Garrisons place. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and get what they wanted out of our trip. The kids loved the game room and switch in the living room and chilling in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything I needed, and more, to cook every meal. The pans were great, and the knives were fantastic. Multiple cutting boards, Tupperware for leftovers, a large variety of spices, tons of cooking utensils. Coffee pot, kettle, nespresso machine, and a Kurig. And the beverage center in the Fridge! This is all a really nice treat for an Airbnb. The bed in the master was potentially the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had. The pillows, mattress, and bedding made for an incredible sleep each night. I also enjoyed several baths in the amazing tub. The view from every window was fantastic, and it was a very easy walk to shops, jeep tour, coffee shop, etc. Really great location! Highly recommended, especially for large groups!”

Easy walk to the main road with restaurants and shopping. Very quick drive to all the trailheads. We had a wonderful time!”

“We had an amazing time! 6 adults and 1 toddler had the perfect amount of space and amenities to “live” for a week. And what a place to live! We easily got into a routine of walking down to town in the morning for quick breakfast/coffee, then going out for a hike (either by minutes in the car, or seconds by foot), coming back to the hot tub and outdoor fire, and then either bringing takeout back or cooking for dinner in the kitchen. At night, occasionally I lost to some of my family members at pool or ping pong in the basement. (Lol). Through ALL of that though, there is an INSANE view of the red rocks popping through each and every window. We had such an amazing time and we are all so thankful we got to have a fantastic experience like this.”

“We stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks in Sedona for a family reunion. The house was beautiful. It had great views, impeccably clean, a great patio and terrace, the game room was a hit with all the adults. We played every night and it was so much fun. The house has everything and more that you will need for a short or a long stay. It even has two washer dryers inside the house, which was very convenient. It’s walking distance to many of the great restaurants that are right around that area in uptown. And a 5 to 10 minute drive to any of the hiking spots close by. Garrison was great and very responsive And everything was amazing. Would definitely come back again and recommend it to anybody going to Sedona. Everything is exactly how it is online. “Just returned from a weeks stay with an extended family of 13. Enough beds and bathrooms for everyone! Kitchen had all utensils and pans we needed to prepare breakfast for everyone, everyday !! With 7 kids going out for every meal is a chore, so it was great. The kids aged 16 through 2 enjoyed the game room as well as the adults. The hot tub was great for all and kept in pristine condition. Garrison was responsive super quick when we needed anything, which wasn't much. It is a short walk into town for shopping, eating and ice cream!! Lastly, the view out of the back picture window was a treat to wake up to and enjoy all day! Great place and host.”

Our family of 9 had a very comfortable stay which allowed us to be together in the game room, kitchen and ample living space and huge backyard but also afforded us space and privacy in the 5 spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Our kids (and adults) had a blast in the game room and we loved lounging outside and viewing the stars at night on the patio. I would highly recommend this home and w would love to stay here again. Lastly, the back deck provided a nice spot for the early morning and the evenings and had an excellent view. We had a great time staying for 3 nights here - the house had everything we needed, hot tub was ready, the game room had everything to keep the kids and adults busy. We were there when Sedona was unseasonably warm (105 degrees in early June) and one of the bedrooms and kitchen area were pretty warm but besides that, zero issues (and once the temp dropped into the 90’s it was fine). Great house - we would stay again!”

“Such a beautiful home nestled in nature while offering walking access to the main strip with tons of shopping and restaurant options. The panoramic views were breathtaking, we spotted javelinas, had morning coffee while watching a family of deer take their morning stroll 8 feet from the property and our favorite was hearing the coyotes howl at the full moon before we nodded off to sleep. We have a teenage girl who is hard to please but the downstairs suit knocked her socks off. We called it her “apartment” as it had its own kitchen, fridge, hot plate, dishwasher, full bathroom, washer and dryer inside. She. Loved. It! The game room brought out the child in us and we found a new love in shuffleboard. The beds were comfortable, the blackout curtains were a nice touch for sleeping in, the place was spotless. Great time. Great host. Great Airbnb.”

“Let me start by saying pictures do no justice to the scenic 180 degree view you get from this property. Backyard and patio is super cozy with amazing view of red rock mountain . With 3 families and 6 kids we always look for a well equipped gaming room so we can get some adult peaceful time and kids get their fun time . this property tops it all !! with the vast variety of games and arcade. Kids were obsessed with arcade basketball , not just kids we Adults were obsessed with that space . This property has everything new , literally felt like we were the 1st group they hosted. We needed heater for the game room since it was built in garage and it was super cold since it snowed , he was super responsive and dropped it off within hours. The games were sealed , the linens were clean , the bathroom was spotless, kitchen was fully equipped, enough throws to keep us warm outdoors . Would highly recommend this place and surely will book it again in future.”

“This home was recently remodeled, and has an amazing view and awesome amenities. There is a gorgeous outdoor space, with a hot tub, yard, fireplace, & multiple balconies, all set amongst a gorgeous backdrop of mountains. The interior has a fantastic game room, Nintendo Switch, and ample fun for kids. The bathrooms were all remodeled well and everything was squeaky clean. There are 2 masters and 2 additional bedrooms that share an extra 1 1/2 baths on the upper level. There is also a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette on the lower level. You can walk to many restaurants in Sedona Uptown from the house, and it's only 7-8 minutes away from the supermarkets in town. There are plenty of hikes within a few minutes from the house, and we chose to go up to Snow Bowl and go skiing one of the days as well. Highly recommended for families looking for a great Sedona getaway home.”
